Post Chemo Protocol

Below is most of the regime I followed for 2022 – 2024. I have been lacking on my Epsom salt baths, massages, and I need to get back to walking regularly. I also stopped CBD oil earlier this year. Financially I just started cutting back because I started traveling some in this year. I went to Washington State a couple of times to see my oldest daughter and granddaughter, went to Vegas to see my best friend, and went to New York in the summer to visit family and to see my surrogate daughter. That all cost. I don’t regret it. I am still recovering financially (especially after the New York trip) so that I can get back to regularly using CBD oil and getting my monthly massages. Plus we had some other unexpected expenses (life happens). I am not rich, but we do our best to make sure I get what I need but also try to make sure I am living!!!

  • PRAY – all day every day!!!
  • CBD Oil 2 times a day. Once in the morning and once in the evening.
  • Organic Wheat Grass Powder – 2 scoops mixed with 1/4 cup of water in the morning.
  • Multivitamin – 1 capsule in the morning.
  • Omega 3 Fish Oil – 1 capsule in the morning.
  • Vitamin B12 – 1 capsule in the morning. (Should be taken 2-3 hours before vitamin C).
  • Vitamin C – 1 capsules in the morning. I take this one when I get to work so that I can avoid taking it with the Vitamin B12.
  • Vitamin D3 + K2 – 1 capsule in the morning.
  • Vitamin E – 1 capsule at night (only taken the days I take Fenbendazole. Three days on and four days off).
  • Turmeric Curcumin – 1 capsule in the morning and 1 at night.
  • Milk Thistle – 1 capsule at night (only taken the days I take Fenbendazole. Three days on and four days off).
  • Fenbendazole – 1 packet mixed with 1 tbsp. of Olive Oil in the morning. Taken 3 days each week, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday.
  • Berberine – 1 capsule in the morning, 1 at lunch, and 1 in the evening.
  • Turkey Tail Mushroom – 1 pill in the morning and 1 in the evening.
  • Aloe Vera Juice w/ Sea Salt – 1 oz. mixed with 1/8 tsp. of Sea Salt every morning and evening.
  • DGL Pills – taken 20 minutes before each meal. One with lunch and one with dinner. I don’t usually eat breakfast.
  • Zrytec – 1 pill in the morning.
  • Loratadine – 1 pill in the evening.
  • Magnesium – 2 pills in the evening.
  • Align Dual Biotic – 2 gummies in the morning.
  • Onco Adjunct Pathway 2 – 1 capsule in the morning and 1 in the evening. Only taken the days I take Fenbendazole. Three days on and four days off.
  • Tagamet- one pill in the evening.
  • 50-100 mg RSO an hour before bed.
  • 150 mg Melatonin – one capsule an hour before bed.
  • Meditate – 10-15 minutes every day or as often as you can.
  • Massages – 1 per month. Intermittent massages throughout the week with hand-held massage gun.
  • Exercise – 3-4 times a week.
  • Therapy – 6-8 weeks each year for my mental tune-ups! During treatment, I met with my therapist weekly.
  • Epsom salt bath once a week.
  • Juicing – 8 ounces of celery juice 2-3 times a week first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
  • Diet consists mainly of meat and vegetables. I try to limit my carbs and sugars, and I don’t avoid them. I mainly eat salmon, chicken, and sometimes steak. My vegetables are usually asparagus, green beans, broccoli, or squash. I work at a casino and our meals are included. That is where I am exposed to most carbs. I still try not to indulge.
  • Monday – Friday I usually only eat between 11:00 am and 8:00 pm. I typically do a 16/8 hour fast. I tried a strict Keto diet in the early part of 2024, but I was losing too much weight. Which is why I put some carbs back into my diet. It did teach me what oils to cook with and other options to cook my food healthier. Therefore, it was beneficial. Weekends I am bad. I may only get one meal in on the weekends. I tend to fast most of the day and eat after 3:00 or 4:00 pm. This has been my usual routine since 2021.
  • Essential Oils – every day all day!!!
